Following two years as a mortgage administrator, Susanita began her real estate sales career in 1987 in Vancouver B.C. In 1992, Susanita was offered the position of Director of Training for her company and spent the next three years educating real estate professionals in the United States and Canada. Susanita is proud to represent Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada as their Western Canadian Contract Trainer.

Since relocating to Calgary, Susanita has been diligent in expanding her client base and has achieved the highest number of sales in her office from 1999 through to 2006. Susanita has qualified for the International President’s Elite Award representing the top 1.5% of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates. Susanita is also very proud to have received the Coldwell Banker Ultimate Service Award and is a member of the MLS Million Dollar Club.
